Introducing the Doctor
Dr. Adnan Munir is a prominent Urologist, Andrologist, and Male Infertility Specialist based in Karachi, Pakistan. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in the city specializing specifically in the medical and surgical aspects of male reproductive health and sexual dysfunction. He is currently affiliated with several prestigious institutions, including the Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center, Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College, The Kidney Center Karachi, and the Tabba Kidney Institute.
Education and Training
Earned his MBBS from Dow Medical College, Karachi.
Completed postgraduate training in Urology and residency at Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College, Karachi.
Holds MCPS (General Surgery) and FCPS (Urology) certifications from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
Cleared the written component of the European Board of Urology (from Istanbul).
Pursued advanced training in Sexual Medicine — having attended a course in Hungary, reflecting his subspecialty interest beyond general urology.

Diagnosis and management of male infertility (e.g. Azoospermia, Oligoasthenozoospermia, Testicular failure, Vas aplasia)
Treatment of sexual dysfunctions: Hypogonadism, Retrograde ejaculation, Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, Congenital penile curvature, Peyronie’s disease, microphallus, and andropause.
Assisted-reproduction services: Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), sperm retrieval procedures such as PESA, MESA, TESE / Micro-TESE.
Minimally invasive surgeries: Laparoscopic procedures such as varicocelectomy, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for related issues.
